The Site Configuration area of Indy Admin contains all the essential settings for managing how your cinema operates—covering ticketing, payments, memberships, online sales, staff tools, BOR reporting, and more.
🛠 These settings must be configured individually per site. If you're a multi-location operator, please ensure you review and adjust settings for each cinema location.

Site name, display name, abbreviation
Website title
Time zone
Location zone (if using regional grouping)

✅ Rounding Prices: Round to nearest 5p/5¢ at POS
✅ Hide phone/email on website
✅ Hide site from location selector (useful for non-public locations)

🎟 Membership
Require membership to buy tickets
Accept non-recurring payments for monthly plans - i.e. customer can buy a membership without opting in to auto-renewal at POS
Enable Day Pass ticket access

Allow purchases without user account
POS prompts:

Marketing permissions:

Cutoff settings:

Purchase cutoff (e.g. -30 allows purchases 30 mins after start)
Refunds & Swaps:
Allow user swaps (refund to credit)
Allow credit card refunds (customer initiated, not recommended)
Refund cutoff (e.g. 30 mins before showtime)
Capture name, phone, T&Cs acceptance online
Collapse other tickets (only show eligible ticket types for logged in customers)
Enable CEA card validation (UK only)
