The Indy POS system allows you to view, manage, and export a full list of all orders tied to a particular showing. This is useful for customer support, audits, and operational reporting.

🧭 Where to Find It

  • Navigate to the showing on your POS screen.

  • Click on the Tickets Sold or Tickets Remaining link.

🔎 Viewing Orders

  1. Access the Orders View

    • From the showing, click Tickets Sold or Tickets Remaining.

    • A pop-up screen will appear.

    • Click View Orders to display all orders linked to that showing.

  2. View Individual Order Details

    • Within the orders list, click View Details on any order.

    • This shows the full order breakdown, including ticket types, seats, and payment details.

⬇️ Exporting Orders

  1. While in the Orders View, click the download arrow (CSV icon) at the top-right corner.

  2. A CSV file will download containing all orders for that showing.

📋 CSV File Contents

  • Order ID

  • Status:

    • Ticket = Completed

    • Voided = Refunded/cancelled (kept for audit trail)

    • Draft = Tab not yet closed, or incomplete online purchase

  • Ticket State

  • User Details:

    • First Name, Last Name, Email Address

    • Phone Number (if provided)

  • Seat Numbers (if allocated)

  • Other order-specific details

Note: Draft tickets will appear in this export if the purchase hasn’t been completed.

🧠 Best Practice

  • Always review the ticket state column to ensure you are only reporting on completed orders.

  • Use the export for customer communication (e.g., lost & found items, show cancellations) or internal auditing.
