The Showings section in Indy Admin provides a detailed, searchable view of every film performance at your cinema—past, present, and future. It’s the go-to place for tracking sales, checking seat maps, exporting attendance, and reviewing performance on a showing-by-showing basis.

The Showings screen includes every showing you’ve ever had on sale, with powerful filtering and search tools:
🔧 Filter Options:
Date: Current, Future, or Past
Publication Status: All, Published, or Unpublished
🔍 Search:
By movie title
By screen
Each showing is listed with:
Unique Showing ID
Film title
Distributor terms (% share)
Date & time
Screen
Badges (e.g. Sold Out, Cancelled, Coming Soon)
Published status
Tickets sold
📋 Actions Menu (⋯)
Click the three-dot menu on any showing to:
View history of changes
Recompute showing data (e.g. if changes have been made)
Export an attendance list as a CSV file
👁️ Viewing Individual Showings
Click into a showing to open a dedicated view:
Full order list for that showing
Customer names and ticket counts
Seat map showing reserved and available seats
This is particularly helpful if:
You want to see how a specific screening is performing
You need to contact customers who booked a showing
You’re auditing historical performance across your programming
