Packages in Indy Admin allow you to bundle tickets, items, and discounts together as a single product. Unlike Voucher Packages, which only include vouchers, these packages can combine multiple product types (e.g., tickets with concessions) into one purchase for customers.

🧭 Where to Find It

Settings → Promotions → Packages

🎟️ What Are Packages?

  • Bundles that include:

    • Ticket types (e.g., Adult, Senior, Event tickets)

    • Items (e.g., food, drinks, merchandise)

    • Discounts (if applicable)

  • Useful for promotions such as event bundles, ticket + item deals, or upsell packages.

🛠️ How to Create a Package

  1. Go to Packages in IndyAdmin.

  2. Click Create Package.

  3. Enter a Package Name.

  4. Select Ticket Types:

    • Choose ticket types already set up in your system.

    • Specify the quantity for each ticket type.

  5. Attach Items:

    • Add items from the Items menu (e.g., glasses, concessions).

    • Match the quantities to the number of tickets, if applicable.

  6. Attach Discounts (optional):

    • Choose a discount to apply (e.g., 50% off on a specific item).

  7. Set Availability:

    • Tick the Available Online box to sell the package via your website.

    • If unticked, the package will be available only on-site and must be added to a register grid at POS.

💵 Package Pricing

  • The package price is determined by the combination of ticket prices, item prices, and any applied discounts.

🧠 Best Practice

  • Clearly name packages so customers know what’s included.

  • When creating packages for on-site only, remember to add them to the appropriate POS register grid.

  • Build package contents and discounts first (tickets, items, and discounts must exist before they can be bundled).
