Voucher Packages in Indy Admin allow you to bundle multiple vouchers together into one product. These can be sold as gift packs or multi-use passes for customers, with options to distribute as a single card/code or individual vouchers.

🧭 Where to Find It

Settings → Promotions → Voucher Packages

🎁 What Are Voucher Packages?

  • Collections (bundles) of existing Voucher Types sold together as a package.

  • Useful for promotions such as multi-ticket bundles, family passes, or gift packages.

🛠️ How to Create a Voucher Package

  1. Go to Voucher Packages in IndyAdmin.

  2. Click Create Voucher Package.

  3. Enter a Package Name.

  4. Add a Description – this will display online or at POS.

  5. Toggle Include Tax if applicable in your region.

  6. Add Voucher Types:

    • Select the vouchers you want in the package.

    • Adjust the quantity for each type.

    • The package price is automatically calculated based on the total of the voucher types added.

📜 Shared vs Consecutive Voucher Codes

  • Shared Card/Code:

    • Generates one code or card number for the entire package.

    • This card can be used multiple times until the total number of vouchers in the package has been redeemed.

  • Consecutive Codes:

    • Issues individual voucher codes for each item in the package.

    • Useful if each voucher needs to be used separately or gifted individually.

💵 Package Pricing

  • Pricing is automatically calculated based on the sum of the vouchers in the package.

  • Adjust voucher quantities to build larger or smaller bundles (e.g., 4-ticket family passes).

🧠 Best Practice

  • Use clear package names (e.g., "Family 4-Pack") so customers understand what’s included.

  • If using shared cards, make sure customers understand that all vouchers must be redeemed from the same card/code.

  • Always confirm the voucher types included are valid for the intended showings or items.
