Vouchers

The Vouchers section in Indy Admin gives you access to a historical log of all vouchers issued through your account. It allows you to track, search, and manage voucher usage—especially useful when working with customers, third-party partners, or handling redemptions.


🎟️ Where to Find It

Navigate to:

OperationsCustomersVouchers

This area is not for creating vouchers from scratch, but for managing issued vouchers and generating bulk voucher codes.


🗂️ What You Can Do

  • Browse all vouchers issued to date, sorted newest first

  • Use filters to view:

    • Valid vouchers

    • Voided vouchers

    • Redeemed vouchers

    • Unused vouchers

  • Sub-filters include:

    • Assigned to a card

    • Assigned to a package

    • Assigned to a user


🔍 Search & View Voucher Details

  • Use the search bar to locate a voucher by its code (all codes begin with V)

  • Click on any voucher to open a detail pop-out, showing:

    • Customer name

    • Order number

    • Voucher type

    • Status (e.g., valid, redeemed)

    • Expiry date

  • Click the history icon to view when and where the voucher was redeemed


🧾 Generating Bulk Vouchers

For third-party partners (e.g. hotels or resellers):

  1. First, define the voucher template in:

    SettingsVoucher Types

  2. Then return to the Vouchers section and click Add Vouchers

  3. Choose the voucher type and quantity (max 1,000 recommended)

  4. Click Generate and Download

    • This creates a CSV file containing a list of unused voucher codes (starting with V)

  5. Distribute codes to your partner for use


🧠 Pro Tip

Use the voucher filters to quickly locate unused codes during promotions, and refer to the redemption history when resolving customer queries.
