Visit Reviews in Indy Admin helps you gather customer feedback after each visit to your cinema, providing insight into movie enjoyment, staff performance, and overall venue experience. It’s a lightweight tool similar in function to Net Promoter Score (NPS).
🌟 What Are Visit Reviews?
Visit Reviews are automated emails sent to customers after they attend a screening. They’re asked to rate:
The movie (out of 5 stars)
Their overall experience
Specific factors like:
Staff friendliness
Cleanliness
Customers can also leave comments and indicate if they were served by a specific staff member.
📩 How to Enable Visit Reviews
Visit Reviews are not turned on by default.
To activate:
Contact INDY Support
We’ll help configure the required email template
Once enabled, feedback will start collecting automatically after showings
📈 How to View Feedback
Navigate to:
Operations → Customers → Visit Reviews
You’ll see a list of customer reviews including:
Film name
Movie rating (out of 5)
Ratings for:
Staff
Cleanliness
Overall satisfaction
Customer comments
Staff member (if identified)
Clicking on a review opens a pop-out view with:
Full rating breakdown
Any free-text comments
The related order number, allowing you to follow up with the customer if needed
