The Payments section in IndyAdmin allows you to search, review, and investigate customer payments processed through your cinema.
🔍 Where to Find It
Navigate to:
Operations → Payments
This section displays a list of all payments recorded through your account.
💳 What You Can Do Here
Search payments by:
Order number
Card number (last 4 digits)
Quickly locate payments tied to specific orders
Investigate failed or incomplete transactions
Click into a payment line to reveal full payment details
🧾 Payment Detail Pop-Out
Clicking on a payment line brings up a detailed view, including:
Type (e.g., card, cash, voucher)
Subtype (e.g., refund, reversal)
Status (e.g., successful, failed)
Amount and timestamp
Customer name
Register/till used
Card brand and last 4 digits
Stripe Payment IDs
Any Stripe failure messages (if applicable)
From here, you can jump directly to the linked order using the “View Order” button.
🧠 Pro Tip
If a customer queries a missing payment or refund, this is the quickest way to locate it, verify its status, and follow the Stripe ID for support escalation if needed.
