The Report Categories setting in Indy Admin allows you to organise your reports into meaningful sections. This makes it easier to navigate and quickly find the reports you need in the reporting section.

🧭 Where to Find It

Navigate to:

Settings → Reports → Report Categories

📑 What Are Report Categories?

Organisational tool used to group reports into different sections

Helps keep the Reporting section clear and easy to use

🧾 How It Works

View Existing Categories

You’ll see a list of categories (e.g. Ticketing, Inventory, Financial, Marketing)

Create a New Category

Click Add Report Category

Enter a name for the category

Save it

It will then be available as a group in the reporting section

🧠 Best Practice

Create categories for your main business areas (e.g. Ticketing, Concessions, Marketing)

Review and update categories periodically to ensure reports stay well-organised
