The Concessions tab in Indy Point of Sale (POS) allows you to sell drinks, snacks, and hot food individually or as part of a combined transaction with tickets.
🧭 Where to Find It
From the POS main screen, select a Concessions tab (at the bottom of the screen).
You can switch to this tab at any time, even during a ticket sale, to include concessions and tickets in a single transaction.

🧠 Best Practice
Always confirm modifiers and delivery location before finalising.
Combine tickets and concessions into a single order where possible for convenience.
Ensure staff understand how to handle delayed pickup and seat delivery instructions.
