The Site Schedules tool in Indy Admin allows you to define your cinema’s opening hours and screening availability. This information is used by the system to create booking weeks and schedule movies into available time slots.
🧭 Where to Find It
Navigate to:
Settings → Schedule Setup → Schedules
🕒 What Are Site Schedules?
Define the days and times when your cinema is open and able to show films
Every cinema must have at least one default site schedule
Without a site schedule, you cannot create booking week programs
🧾 How It Works
Default Site Schedule
The system requires a default schedule to create time slots
Displays a grid of days of the week (columns) and time slots (rows)
Configuring Time Slots
Tick checkboxes in the grid to mark when your site is open for screenings
You can check all boxes at once (top-left corner) if you want maximum flexibility
Start and End Dates
Site schedules can have start and end dates
Use this if your operating hours change seasonally
Set It and Forget It
Most cinemas only need one default schedule
Once configured, you rarely need to edit it unless your hours change
🧠 Best Practice
Select all time slots to maximise flexibility when scheduling
Only use multiple schedules if your operating hours change throughout the year
Review annually to ensure your schedule matches your cinema’s current operating hours
