The Users section in Indy Admin provides a central location to view, search, and manage all customer accounts associated with your cinema. This includes ticket purchasers, members, and staff—anyone who has submitted contact details either online or at the point of sale.

📍 Location in IndyAdmin

  • Go to: Operations > Customers > Users

👤 What You’ll See

The Users screen lists everyone who has interacted with your cinema and provided contact details. This includes:

  • Online ticket buyers

  • Registered members (e.g., loyalty program)

  • Employees (if staff user accounts are configured)

  • Anyone with a user class, membership tier, or invoicing status

Each record includes:

  • Membership Type & Tier

  • Card Number (if issued)

  • Saved Payment Method (for auto-renewing memberships)

  • Contact Details – including email, phone, and physical address (if provided)

  • Birthdate, if supplied

🔍 Filter & Search Options

At the top of the Users page:

  • Filter by user type (e.g., Employees, Members)

  • Use the search bar to find users by:

    • Name

    • Phone number

    • Email address

🧑‍💼 Employee Users

Filtering by “Employees” displays staff users across your circuit. You’ll also see:

  • Role (e.g., Manager or Staff)

  • Membership in Rewards Programs, if applicable

📁 User Detail View

Clicking on a user opens a detailed profile, with tabs across the top for further insights:

📦 Orders

  • View their full order history by site or circuit

  • Useful for tracking purchase behaviour and visit frequency

🎁 Earned Memberships

  • Shows any loyalty memberships the user has earned or holds (e.g., Synopolis Rewards)

🎟️ Vouchers

  • Lists all active and expired vouchers tied to the account

  • Includes promotional vouchers, e.g., “Free Ticket” on sign-up

📩 Messages

  • Displays whether this user receives automated emails

  • Covers marketing messages like:

    • Weekly schedules

    • Special event promotions

    • “Last chance” film reminders

🧾 Invoicable Users

  • Shows whether the user is marked as invoicable

  • You’ll only see a status summary here—the invoicable setting itself is managed elsewhere in Indy Admin

🔁 Actions You Can Take

  • Search for a user and click into their record to view/edit

  • Filter lists to find employees, invoicable users, or loyalty members

  • Use data (email preferences, history, vouchers) to inform customer communication and retention strategies
